As the first tenant in the Friar Gate Studios, it could only be likened to the Mari celeste. However there has been a marked improvement as new businesses have taken up residence. The creative vibe within the studios is beginning to flow and it will only be a matter of time before FGS is true place from which to operate any creative business.
