Hot Desking facilities are available to hire as and when you require them, offering you a convenient base in Derby city when you need it. With Virtual Office, you can work from wherever you wish, whilst taking advantage of Friar Gate Studios’ telephone answering services and prestigious business address.
The Hot Desk terms are flexible to your needs. Our standard package costs £150 per month (ex VAT). Ad hoc users of Hot Desking can benefit from our flexible pricing of £7 for half day use and £10 for a full day. The package includes: a chair and desk, PC, broadband and telephone (charges for telephone line and calls are in addition to the standard fee).
Virtual Office provides businesses with a professional registered address as well as the facilities offered in the individual packages described below.

Red Sparkle
The Red Sparkle includes the use of Friar Gate Studio’s prestigious address for incoming mail.
Blue Sparkle
The Blue sparkle includes a dedicated direct dial number for your Creative business with calls answered by FGS reception.
Gold Sparkle
The Gold Sparkle is a combination of both the Red and Blue sparkles which enable the full use of the Friar Gate Studios facilities without being based there.
