Friar Gate Studios has been designed as office space for creative industries such as graphic design, software development, film production, marketing and performing arts.

You can choose between 40 individual offices of various sizes over four floors. The spaces range from 275sq ft (25.6m2) offices to house a couple of people, up to 1190sq ft (110.6m2) for as many as 15-20 people.
You may be able to take multiple units if space is available.

All our offices are offered on a four-year lease basis with flexible easy in/easy out monthly terms. The complex has a full-time manager on site plus reception staff to meet and greet your visitors and answer any incoming calls. Rent includes many of the serviced elements covering use of meeting rooms, building maintenance, communal cleaning and reception facilities. Rates, utilities and broadband are extra. All units have access to a dedicated broadband connection and tenants have 24 hour access to the their studio, giving them the flexibility to work whenever they want.
