Friar Gate Studios has office facilities that have been designed specifically with the creative industries in mind. The 40 individual offices spread over four floors are available in various sizes catering for small and growing companies across all creative fields including graphic design, software development, film production, marketing consultancy and many more. The rental package offered to businesses has been put together taking their specific needs into consideration, in particular their access to the studios and the IT infrastructure.
New Start / Home Based Booster Package
Friar Gate Studios also offer a booster package to those small creative companies that are just starting up or have previously worked from home.
The booster package allows 2 companies to share an office facility which halves their costs. Friar Gate Studios currently has several creative companies successfully sharing not only office space, but also ideas, expertise and the benefits of collaboration.
IT/Broadband
Friar Gate Studios provides an in-house IT/Telephony service which comes with ongoing support for tenants from their IT provider. The broadband provision of 20meg high speed internet through lease line and Watchguard Firewall allows creatives to safely upload and download large files within minutes. For growing companies external IP addresses are available to link several work sites together. The security is further enhanced for businesses with individual Virtual Local Area Network in every office.
