Friar Gate Studios has office facilities that have been designed specifically with the creative industries in mind. The 40 individual offices spread over four floors and are available in various sizes, catering for small and growing companies. The office spaces are for creatives such as graphic designers, software developers, film producers, marketing consultants and performance artists. The rental package offered to creatives has been put together taking their specific needs into consideration in particular their access to the studios and the IT infrastructure.
New Start / Home Based Booster Package
Friar Gate Studios also offer a booster package to those small creative companies that are starting up or have worked from home in the past.
The booster package allows 2 companies to share office facilities and half their costs.
Friar Gate Studios currently has several creative companies successfully sharing office space, ideas and working collaboratedly on joint projects.
IT/Broadband
Friar Gate Studio’s business grade internet connection of 20Mb through leased line can carry any type of traffic including voice, data, video or web content. It also offers a dedicated high-bandwidth and guaranteed connectivity. We provide VPN connections and external IP addresses for anyone who needs to access their information remotely. We are very security conscious our Watchguard Firewall provides added protection from any IT security threat and we’ve taken that extra step by providing each office with a VLAN to ensure security between the various offices.
