AWARD WINNING DESIGNER CHOOSES STUDIOS AS NEW HOME
Award-winning graphic and web design company, Revolver Revolver, has joined the growing family of creative businesses housed within Derby’s Friar Gate studios.
The company is relocating from a unit in Banks Mills and is expanding into a 360 sq ft office facility within the Studios on Ford Street in the city.
The business was started by Chris Redshaw in 2008 after graduating from Derby University. Earlier this year Chris won the Business Quest 2010 Award, which was established by Derby entrepreneur, Peter Gadbsy, to find the brightest young business talent.
Since then the company has gone from strength to strength and now employs one member of staff. Chris wanted to find a new modern home for the business that had the facilities to help them continue to grow.
Purpose-built for the creative industries and fully equipped with an extensive range of supplementary services, Friar Gate Studios provides flexible office facilities, which are ideal for new, growing and well-established businesses.
Commenting on Revolver Revolver’s decision to relocate to the Studios, centre manager, Ann Bhatti said:
"I am delighted to welcome Revolver Revolver to Friar Gate Studios. We house some of the region’s most talented creative companies and are thrilled to have an award winning company joining us at such an exciting time in its development."
Chris Redshaw commented:
"Friar Gate Studios has an excellent reputation for providing high quality services to growing businesses in creative industries and we are delighted to have joined such a supportive and creative environment."
