FGS HELPS CREATIVE BUSINESSES GET BACK ON TRACK
As businesses continue to suffer during the current downturn, Derby’s Friar Gate Studios has launched a new range of office rental packages to make it easier for new and developing creative businesses to grow.
The Studios on Ford Street in the city are offering a variety of packages, which provide a cost effective solution to renting office space and have been tailored to meet the needs of any small creative business.
Tenants of the creative centre can now choose from the innovative joint booster, hot desking, virtual office and even ‘try before you buy’ packages.
The joint booster package allows two creative companies to share an office and halve overheads, but still have access to separate facilities. The ‘hot desking’ package, enables small businesses to use the centre’s facilities including reception and meeting rooms, broadband connection and phone line in an office with a number of other creative talents.
‘The ‘virtual office’ packages offer varying levels of service to creative businesses that want to take advantage of Friar Gate Studios‘ high profile address and facilities whilst working from anywhere in the world. And the unique service ‘try before you buy‘ allows new and home-based creative companies to try the office rental service and all of the centre’s facilities for one month, free of charge, before making a commitment.
Commenting on the launch of the new rental packages, centre manager, Ann Bhatti said:

Tenants have access to broadband, on-site management and reception services, meeting rooms, IT support and visitor parking. They also benefit from a range of other facilities, including virtual office and hot desking, conference facilities, café bar, video conferencing, event and networking opportunities.
