Lightbox, an education software development company, have made Friar Gate Studios their new home and started 2009 with celebrations by winning a prestigious award for Podium, educational software which allows
students to create, edit and publish podcasts.
Lightbox won the category for Content-Free Tools at BETT, the world's largest technology in education show. BETT is a four-day event in London that showcases the latest learning support resources for schools, and attracts teachers, local authority staff and governors from across the country.
