Junior Architectural Technician Position
We are currently looking for a Junior Architectural Technician to join our small dynamic team at
Justin Smith Architects.
If you have the following we would love to hear from you:
• Minimum of HNC Architectural Technology or equivalent
• Experience of producing drawings and details in AutoCAD (ideally for residential projects)
• An interest in working in the residential sector would be beneficial
• Good communication skills
• An ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Current driver's license

Part II Architectural Assistant Position
We are currently looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join our small dynamic team at
Justin Smith Architects.
If you have the following we would love to hear from you:
• Part II Architectural Qualification or equivalent
• AutoCAD experience
• Residential Project Administration experience- i.e. job running,submitting applications and related
follow up
• Prior knowledge and experience of Google Sketch Up and Mac based environment.
• Strong hand drawing/sketching skills
• Great communication skills both face to face and via phone/email
• An interest in high end residential would be a plus
• Current driver's license.
