Our IT engineers are Watchguard, Nec-Phillips and Netgear accredited specialists and their outstanding support and guidance to the Studio’s tenants allows our creatives to interact comfortably. With their expertise we custom designed the Friar Gate Studios in-house IT/Telephony infrastructure so that our creatives could deliver services of an exceptional standard.
Broadband
Friar Gate Studio’s business grade internet connection of 20meg through leased line can carry any type of traffic including voice, data, video or web content. It also offers a dedicated high-bandwidth and guaranteed connectivity and we provide VPN connections and external IP addresses for anyone who needs to access their information remotely. We are very security conscious and our Watchguard Firewall provides added protection from any IT security threat and we’ve taken an extra step by providing each office with a VLAN to ensure security between the various offices.
Telephony
Friar Gate Studio’s digital telephony system provides businesses with their own unique telephone number and voicemail box. The digital system allows tenants to dial into their voicemail to pick up messages when they are away from the office. Other telephone features include conference calling, speed dialling, custom designed call ringing and pick up and secured login.
