Hot Desking is a cost effective way to benefit from the prestigious Friar Gate Studios address and facilities and is available to hire as and when you require, offering you a convenient base in the City Centre. Hot Desking is an all inclusive package that offers individual creatives the flexibility to work from our offices and access other facilities including but not limited to WiFi, meeting rooms, reception services and the café bar.

Hot Desking is quickly becoming the new age of working for a lot of businesses. Our package is ideal for new starters who don’t mind sharing office facilities with growing businesses in a similar position to their own. Hot Desking provides creatives with an ideal opportunity to network, bounce ideas off of like-minded people and work collaboratively without leaving their individual office space.

Friar Gate Studios provides an in-house IT/Telephony service which comes with ongoing support for tenants from their IT provider. The broadband provision of 20meg high speed internet through lease line and Watchguard Firewall allows creatives to safely upload and download large files within minutes.

The Hot Desking service is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays. The package includes access to a PC, broadband, desk, chair, telephone line rental and handset. Hot Deskers are able to take advantage of promoting themselves on our website and digital screen in main reception foyer. They also have access to other benefits such as
