The meeting room's and large capacity café bar at Friar Gate Studios are available for hire, offering tenants and external businesses the opportunity to host daytime and evening events in this fantastic location.
The boardroom is furnished with state-of-the-art technology including a multimedia PC, video conferencing equipment, and a digital white board – offering a clever alternative to the traditional flip chart.

The café bar area is ideal for larger events such as seminars and conferences
and can host up to 100 seated theatre-style or 150 networking. The café bar has a large presentation screen as well as a video conferencing facility to reach a wider audience.

Refreshments, including teas and coffees, light snacks and buffet lunches may be pre-ordered and served in the meeting rooms or café bar, should you require a ‘break out’ area.
