Friar Gate Studios have meeting room and conferencing facilities available for hire by external businesses. All rooms have hi-tech AV facilities, access to broadband and with ample public parking on hand the studios provide the ideal city centre location for business meetings.
Friar Gate Studios ensure you have internet access, will help setup any electronic presentations, greet your delegates and guide them to the meeting room, book taxis, and provide other general support on the day to ensure that your meeting runs smoothly and is hassle free.
Conference Space
The studios large capacity café bar which can hold in excess of 100 people is ideal for conferences, launches, seminars and exhibition previews.
Fitted with a large presentation screen as well as video conferencing facilities and a premises license for performing arts, films, music and play, it’s a perfect space to reach a wider audience.
The cafébar can be laid out in various ways and hold people as follows:
Cabaret: 60
Theatre: 100
Networking: 150
Meeting Rooms
Both the Boardroom and Meeting Room One provide any business with the professional setting they need to conduct their meetings.
The rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a multimedia PC, Video conferencing equipment, broadband and a digital white board offering you a smart alternative to the traditional flip chart.
Both rooms can be laid out in two different ways and hold people as follows:
