Our café bar is central to creating a sense of community, providing a welcoming meeting place for you, your guests and local professionals.
Relax over coffee or host informal meetings in our vibrant café area. There’s WiFi access, a huge flat screen TV and a selection of the day’s newspapers on hand. Our café bar will provide a tempting selection of drinks, snacks and light meals throughout the day
With room for as many as 150 people, the space can be hired for events and is ideal for conferences, launches, seminars and exhibition previews. .
In good weather, full height glass doors open up the end wall onto our courtyard area. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your lunch when the sun is shining or to entertain guests.

For sit down events we can cater for up to 150 people
£200 per half day or evening
£350 per full day
Tenants receive a 25% discount when hiring the café bar area
All catering must be provided by our café bar operator
